Prior to finalizing all orders, please double check billing/shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and all other contact/order information. Orders are shipped prepaid via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. All items are shipped from our distribution center/warehouse in Denver, Colorado. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. By large, all orders are shipped the same day they are placed; however, some orders may require 2 (two) business days to ship – including, but not limited to, orders placed on Friday after 12pm MST. Express and overnight orders must be placed by 12:00pm MST to arrive within estimated dates per shipping method. We only guarantee delivery to provided address(es). Shipments requiring re-directing due to invalid, incomplete, and/or incorrect addresses are not guaranteed punctual delivery time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping costs are calculated by product weight, not value. No shipping is charged for gift card purchases unless expedite shipping is requested. Promotional shipping codes are only applicable within the 48 contiguous United States, or to APO’s and FPO’s. All promotional codes must be used individually, therefore, cannot be combined with any other offer, or applied to previous orders.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our mail order and/or quality control department(s) for a replacement, credit, or refund.
